• FREE Shipping – Shipping and Handling for Postal Ground Delivery anywhere within North America, including Alaska and Hawaii, has been included in the listed product item price. It is approx. $10.00 U.S.

  • We can not guarantee on time delivery through Postal Ground Delivery – If you require your order arrival for a specific date, please opt for Courier 2nd Day Delivery.
